Swim/Aquatics

Update your knowledge of swimming stroke mechanics. The focus of the lecture will be a review of current swimming stroke mechanics with the emphasis on working with persons with permanent physical disabilities. The presentation will include underwater video footage of both able-bodied elite swimmers and footage that includes persons with disabilities ranging from Amputation; Cerebral Palsy; Guillain-Barre Syndrome; Paraplegia; and Congenital birth defects.
