Community Evaluation Program (Nurse Aide Testing) Data Management Specialist
Location: Positions available on Oahu

Employment Category: Full-Time


Responsibilities: Performs administrative duties to support the Competency Evaluation Program (CEP), including planning, coordinating and communicating with program staff testing partners and potential clients

o Provides accurate, efficient and timely customer service to internal and external customers
o Communicates with customers, CEP coordinators and testing site administrators on product pricing, availability and delivery
o Responsible for CEP course sales and registration
o Assists in planning, scheduling, and implementing CEP testing
o Assists with overseeing the CEP registration process
o Responsible for all test materials
o Oversees facilities and coordinates maintenance and repairs of testing equipment
o Maintains and reports testing data and statistics as required
o Collects, codes and tracks feedback from proctors and skill evaluators as requested.
o Serve as testing proctor as required

Qualifications: Associate's Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year sales experience, 3 years customer service. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and internet usage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule as required. Ability to travel throughout the assigned jurisdiction

Disaster Training Coordinator (full-time)
Location: Oahu

Responsibilities: develop and schedule trainings; facilitate community partnerships; and lead disaster instructors.

Qualifications: BA and 3 years of program implementation experience required.

Nurse Aide Training Instructor (part-time)
Location: Positions available on Oahu and in East Hawaii

Responsibilities: Performs all functions required to coordinate the Nurse Aide Training program and instruct nurse aide candidates in the American Red Cross course of study.

Qualifications: Minimum requirement: 2 years of experience as a staff Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience in long term care. Current RN license in the state of Hawaii required. Experience in instructional training preferred. Available to work prescheduled day or evenings. Good verbal and written skills required. Own transportation required.
