The Hawaii State Chapter of the American Red Cross frequently receives requests to participate in fairs, events and other gatherings that companies and organizations hold for the public. Requests are for informational booths, demonstrations, product selling, etc. While we would like to accommodate all requests, unfortunately, it is not possible.
We also conduct free non-certificate personal preparedness courses for neighborhood and community residents; agency staff and clients; school teachers, staff, parents, and administrators; and local business personnel. Content focuses on knowledge, skills and actions needed for personal preparedness�wherever and whenever disaster strikes.
Speakers can be requested but are based on availability. Please indicate the desired subject matter (e.g. health and safety, disaster preparedness, etc.), along with whether Red Cross products can be sold at your event.
